Description

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for ServiceNow implementations. • Create and document detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data. • Perform manual and automated testing of ServiceNow applications. • Identify, report, and track defects using issue tracking tools. • Set up and maintain test environments and configurations. • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. • Identify areas for process improvement and assist in optimizing QA methodologies. • Maintain accurate documentation of testing processes, results, and status reports. • Conduct regression testing following system updates or integrations. • Assist in training end users on system functionality.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certification (Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent). • 5-8 years of proven experience in QA testing with a focus on ServiceNow platform and integrations. • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others. • Solid experience in developing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts. • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP, REST). • Proficiency with testing tools like Jira, ALM, or similar for defect tracking and management. • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python is a plus. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
