Description

• The goal of the Senior Data Analyst - Revenue is to gather data from a variety of sources, organize and distribute findings, and provide insights that improve sales and marketing functions • Lead and support forecasting and modeling initiatives to drive forecast accuracy and support data-driven decision-making • Leverage predictive analytics to forecast trends, shifts, opportunities, and challenges to deliver business insights that support critical decision-making • Create and manage forecasts for new product introductions, predict demand, and guide inventory and marketing strategies to support successful product launches • Partner with the operations team to assemble and provide monthly outbound volume forecasts for each sales channel for the 3PL partner to allow for maximum adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a comparable quantitative discipline • 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics-related work, using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau • Ability to present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities, and recommendations • SQL (expert/master); excel/sheets (master); visualization tools (Power BI, ex) (proficient/expert); Python (preferred); R (preferred) • Experience with forecasting methods such as time series analysis, regression models, and machine learning algorithms • Proficiency in statistical software and forecasting tools (e.g., R, JMP, SAS, or other advanced analytics platforms)
