• This is a remote position. • TekRecruiter is an exciting tech company revolutionizing the technology staffing and recruiting industry. • Our mission is to connect the best 1% of highly skilled and specialized technology professionals with innovative employers. • As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying top-tier technical talent for our organization. • The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a professional environment. • Responsibilities include delivering strong candidates, talent sourcing, ATS management, using LinkedIn Recruiter and Monster, email blasting, candidate engagement, and collaborative partnership with Production team.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional environment • Must be able to confidently and professionally read and write in English • Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and email blasting tools combined with experience managing an ATS. • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
