📋 Description
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex issues. • Work on incident tickets engaging engineering, QA and other teams. • Document incidents accurately and in compliance with established processes. • Participate in the transfer of information from one shift to another. • Complete assigned tickets meeting defined Incident SLA/OLA. • Be the first line of support for issues escalated by other teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. • 5+ years' experience in an equivalent or related role. • Experience with application or infrastructure technical analysis. • Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Logic Monitor, SUMO Logic and New Relic preferred). • Experience using Service Now, JIRA or equivalent ticket management tools. • Experience working in application support, Network Operation Center (NOC) or operation support environment. • Ability to multitask and prioritize while under pressure. • Excellent interpersonal and communication verbal and written skills. • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting AWS or similar cloud system.
