Description
• Responsible for the configuration of eligibility, registration, and billing experiences for members. • Collaborate with various team members to configure client accounts. • Ensure accurate configuration of new account set-up. • Communicate with all stakeholders, track action items.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience with data processing and analytics. • Experience developing and maintaining operational processes. • Prior experience with data entry and analysis. • Experience with GitHub or other version control software. • Experience with Jenkins, Airflow, or another job scheduling and automation tool. • Experience with SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift). • Previous implementation and/or support experience.
