Description
• Oversee and advance strategic vision for mental health services • Lead integration of services into broader healthcare delivery systems • Ensure quality and compliance with national standards • Mentor and develop mental health providers • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
• Medical degree (MD or DO) or Master’s or PhD level mental health prescriber • Active medical license to practice in the United States • At least 10 years of clinical practice experience • Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity • Board certified in a Primary Care Specialty or Mental Health Specialty • Deep understanding of integrated care models and telehealth regulations • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
