📋 Description
• As Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing part of a dynamic procurement organization within Teladoc. • Help lead a team managing key spend categories. • Highly visible role with direct interface to executive team. • Lead spend management across a portfolio of key suppliers. • Build strategic relationships with supplier executive teams. • Negotiate agreements to meet operational and financial objectives. • Lead supplier management processes and spend management reviews. • Perform market analysis to support procurement decisions and strategies. • Assist business partners in ongoing supplier relationships. • Manage supplier KPI's and drive cost reductions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree (MBA) preferred. • 7+ years of procurement, finance, or supplier management roles. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning, and task delegation. • Exceptional Negotiator - deep understanding of Sales process and opportunities for leverage. • Familiar with the 6-step sourcing process. • Ability to present and interact at executive level (both supplier side and internally). • Demonstrated track record of optimizing spend and driving cost down across multiple categories. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to travel across supply base - domestic and international (10%). • Led implementation of a Business Spend Management process. • Experience with Medical Device Sourcing Requirements (ISO13485). • Certification in Purchasing / Supplier Management (APICS/CPSM). • Experience with SaaS Suppliers.
