🎯 Requirements

• Experience – 3+ years in a technical role focused on systems development, process automation, or data management. • AI & Automation Expertise – Experience leveraging AI-driven tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization technologies. • Experience with LLMs & AI Tools – Ability to utilize LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI tools to enhance knowledge-sharing, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. • Salesforce & GTM Tools – Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other GTM platforms; experience designing workflows, automations, and integrations is a plus. • Contract & Pricing Knowledge – Ability to understand and support legal and commercial contract processes within a SaaS environment. • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret complex deal structures, and a proactive approach to improving operations. • Process Improvement Mindset – Experience building systems and processes from the ground up, with a focus on efficiency and scalability. • Fast Learner – Willingness to learn deal desk operations and apply technical expertise to optimize deal execution. • Collaboration & Communication – Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
