• TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods seeks a Partner Manager to expand its partner ecosystem. • Drive sales strategy by building relationships with consumer goods partners. • Onboard new partners and develop go-to-market strategies. • Ensure successful execution of market initiatives and increase revenue. • Monitor and analyze partner performance and conduct regular business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with evidence of continued development • 10+ years of working in the Consumer Goods industry within a commercially facing role • 5+ years of experience in partner management involving SaaS software applications • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving revenue growth in the SaaS software industry • Ability to develop and present compelling case for change to different levels of stakeholders • Proven ability to implement training programs to support required changes • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Natural desire to find solutions with ability for appreciative enquiry • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • High levels of emotional intelligence that enable you to build rapport and develop long term relationships • Determination to overcome challenges, adapt and deliver targeted results • Existing network within the partners that operate in our market would be a significant advantage.
