β€’ TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods seeks a Partner Manager to expand its partner ecosystem. β€’ Drive sales strategy by building relationships with consumer goods partners. β€’ Onboard new partners and develop go-to-market strategies. β€’ Ensure successful execution of market initiatives and increase revenue. β€’ Monitor and analyze partner performance and conduct regular business reviews.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with evidence of continued development β€’ 10+ years of working in the Consumer Goods industry within a commercially facing role β€’ 5+ years of experience in partner management involving SaaS software applications β€’ Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving revenue growth in the SaaS software industry β€’ Ability to develop and present compelling case for change to different levels of stakeholders β€’ Proven ability to implement training programs to support required changes β€’ Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Natural desire to find solutions with ability for appreciative enquiry β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ High levels of emotional intelligence that enable you to build rapport and develop long term relationships β€’ Determination to overcome challenges, adapt and deliver targeted results β€’ Existing network within the partners that operate in our market would be a significant advantage.
