Description

• Work closely with the product managers to deliver the vision and strategy for Tempo.io's products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and a deep understanding of customer needs • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver innovative, high-quality customer experiences. • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements • Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and internal teams, to gather requirements and feedback • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that high-value items are addressed promptly • Continuously assess and adjust priorities based on changing customer needs, market conditions, and team feedback • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items to guide the development team effectively • Communicate product updates and progress, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations • Utilize internal and external data to inform decisions, guide experimentation, and measure the success of product initiatives • Make informed trade-off decisions between scope, budget, and timelines to maximize value delivery • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of product ownership or technical product management experience in a software or technology environment • Experience delivering highly complex consumer or enterprise software products from inception to launch in a B2C or B2B setting • Proven track record of delivering complex products with a successful launch to market • Strong understanding of product development processes and experience working with engineering teams • Proven ability to engage with customers and translate their needs into actionable product requirements • Excellent technical and communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment • Experience using data and analytics to make informed product decisions and measure success • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
