Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow one or more software development teams • Deliver valuable product features with scalable cloud native solutions • Process management and coordination of efforts across multiple teams • Support the team's technical decisions in alignment with the company’s strategic goals • Maintain the high standards of the company and product engineering culture • Present project updates, technical challenges, and engineering achievements to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development • 3+ years proven experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of software developers • Extensive knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle, CI/CD • Experience managing and leading Agile projects • Strong technical background in cloud application architectures • Experience with monitoring and observability services like Dynatrace, NewRelic or Sentry • Technical literacy with trends in the IT industry • Attention to detail, responsibility and autonomy • Excellent communication skills • Curious nature and a drive to solve problems collaboratively
