• Translate complex developer-speak into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for a diverse audience • Work closely with product and development teams to ensure users have the best possible documentation experience • Develop and produce high-quality, task-based user guides, release notes, UX text, and other technical documentation for users, administrators, and developers • Continuously improve and update existing content to address gaps and enhance clarity • Manage documentation for multiple products and projects simultaneously • Become an expert in products, customers’ needs, and solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as an effective technical writer • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter • Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences • Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail • Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content • Effectively collaborates with teams and individuals to clarify and understand user needs and product technical capabilities • Experience working in Jira to manage documentation requests, update tickets, and track content progress.
