• Expert in making projects clear and accessible through well-designed visual elements • Identifying opportunities to improve user experience, collaborating with developers, designers, and marketing managers • Complete ownership of technical implementation of projects to avoid risks • Practice risk management in all aspects of work and prioritize information security • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of front-end components for banking software solutions • Define and drive long-term technical direction for front-end, ensuring scalability and performance • Utilize expertise in Microsoft DevOps to streamline front-end development processes • Create user-friendly and visually appealing front-end interfaces for customers • Conduct thorough code reviews for front-end best practices • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for cohesive banking software

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of software engineering experience • Strong understanding of UX/UI concepts and interface usability • Experience in developing web apps and shipping user-facing features with modern, component-based JS frameworks like React • Experience developing and shipping user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks • Demonstrated experience working with data displays and/or large data sets • Familiar with current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability • Familiar with product and design lifecycles, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers • Understanding of functional and reactive programming paradigms • Great design intuition and user empathy • Passion for supporting power users and building developer tools • Write high-quality, well-tested code • Solid understanding of relational databases and transactions • Familiar with writing highly concurrent systems • Good intuition for REST API design
