Description
• Plan, initiate, and manage IT and software development projects, aligning them with company goals and customer needs. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. • Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders. • Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field • PMP certification is highly desirable • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the tech or AI industry • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
