Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project initiatives and product roadmaps. • Provide functional and technical expertise on applications and interfaces for MSPs. • Work with designers and engineering to evolve our platform. • Develop and validate acceptance criteria for new features. • Assist in production support and maintenance as required. • Conduct feasibility studies and proofs of concept. • Engage with Infrastructure teams for secure deployment. • Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap. • Groom and prioritize the product backlog. • Set sprint goals and manage release and upgrade planning. • Monitor work progress and address production issues. • Analyze user preferences to inform product refinements. • Continuously refine agile methodology based on outcomes. • Stay abreast of industry trends to inform product development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management. • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies. • Strong vendor management experience. • Exceptional communication and soft skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Proven experience with SAFe Agile methodologies is preferred. • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
