Description

• Teramind is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. • At this role, you will be working closely with the CEO of the company, and you will be leading complex technical and non-technical projects, ensuring successful delivery of all projects in a timely manner and within scope and budget. • You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Engineering etc, as well as other stakeholders and keeping an open and effective communication with them. • You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the projects, monitor the progress, set deadlines, allocate resources and distribute tasks across the relevant teams. • You will bring value to the company by leveraging your skills to proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop strategies to ensure projects remain on track and address challenges promptly. • Your attention to detail will help us make sure that our deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with company expectations.

Requirements

• You'll bring at least 5 years of Project manager experience, managing technical, non-technical and operations projects and proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. • You have experience with Jira • You possess strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to apply the right methodology depending on the project. • You're a master communicator with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • You have strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. • You possess leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and guide teams to success. • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
