Description

• Fully remote position. • Working hours (40 hours/week any timezone). • Employment type: Contractor. • Compensation in USD. • The Backend Developer will build, test, and deploy serverless functions and data integrations, primarily using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB. • Key Responsibilities include Serverless Function Development, Data Management and Caching, API Development, Data Integrity & Security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with NodeJS for serverless development. • Strong expertise in AWS serverless services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway. • Hands-on experience in API-first development and microservices architectures. • Experience with AWS Data Stores (e.g. DynamoDB), including caching strategies and performance optimization. • Understanding of MACH principles, focusing on efficient data handling and integration with front-end and third-party systems. • Advanced English proficiency is a must (C1/C2). • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
