• We seek a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing Digital team. • You have a strong background in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns through Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). • You have agency experience working with B2B clients and understand the nuances of B2B digital marketing. • You have expertise in LinkedIn strategies, audience targeting, bid management, budget allocation, and A/B testing. • You’re proficient in analyzing performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, cost per acquisition) and leveraging insights to improve campaign efficiency. • You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, and you can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines. • You are a clear communicator, comfortable presenting detailed findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients if needed. • You love collaborating and can effectively communicate performance insights and strategy recommendations. • You are fluent in English and Spanish, and additional language skills (such as French) are considered a bonus. • Knowledge of Demandbase’s Ads product (or competing ABM products) is a plus.
