• Bachelor’s degree in instructional technology, computer science, or related field • Minimum 36 months of technical experience with LMS • Proficiency in Adobe Learning Management Systems Administration • Troubleshooting and system administration skills • IT skills including database management and network infrastructure • Strong oral and written communication skills • Customer service skills and a responsive attitude
