📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the organization's training and development initiatives. • Configure, maintain, and manage all aspects of the LMS. • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system updates. • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues. • Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring functionality and reliability. • Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to the LMS platform. • Provide guidance and technical support to end-users, instructors, and course designers. • Develop and generate custom reports on user progress, course completion, and compliance. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides for the LMS.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, computer science, or related discipline. • A minimum of 3-years of technical experience demonstrating a strong understanding of the LMS. • Proficiency in Adobe Learning Management Systems Administration. • Technical skills including troubleshooting and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems. • Proficiency in information technology (IT) to include database management, system administration, and network infrastructure. • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • The ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors. • Customer service skills and a responsive attitude. • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman’s terms.
