Description

• Testlio is a leading quality management company. • Hiring a temporary part-time Technical Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts in APAC. • Focus on pipeline management, lead generation, initial interviews, and candidate management. • Explore creative ways to share the Testlio brand across APAC. • Create positive candidate experiences and elevate the hiring process. • Support Hiring Managers in reviewing candidates and determining the next steps. • Be a fundamental part of the recruitment process and help create excellent candidate experiences.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience in tech sourcing in the APAC region. • At least 3+ years of experience in Software Testing recruitment. • Knowledge of Boolean search, job board sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other sourcing tools. • Familiarity with scheduling online interviews/screening calls and providing feedback. • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems. • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Efficient time-management and organizational skills. • Collaborative spirit and eagerness to work within a global team. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. • Comfortable working 100% remotely and across multiple regions and time zones. • Strong self-management skills to work asynchronously with peers and hiring managers.
