Description

• Location: Remote in AMER region (North, South, or Central America). • Testlio is a leading quality management company combining humans and machines to help digital innovators assure quality products at scale. • We are hiring a VP, Quality Architecture to help us imagine, drive & activate a viewpoint of the future of quality engineering that will result in a measurable impact across our client portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role at a managed services and consulting company with large, global clients. • Deep understanding of software quality engineering and assurance processes, methodologies, tools, and best practices, gained through 10+ years of in-the-trenches client work. • A keen intellect, vivid imagination, systems thinking, and rapid problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve greatness. • Excellent written, visual, and oral communication capabilities, enabling deep listening, clear understanding, and invigorating message delivery. • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
