Description

• Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and protocols• Ensure all project activities comply with FDA cybersecurity requirements and guidelines.• Manage and oversee the cybersecurity team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets project goals• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and address potential security threats• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Regulatory Affairs, and Project Management, to ensure security requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle• Prepare and present cybersecurity reports and documentation• Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and protection• Respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role• Proven experience managing cybersecurity in regulated industries, particularly with FDA requirements• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Strong leadership and team management abilities• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
