🎯 Requirements
• An experienced engineering manager with 5+ years of leadership experience managing iOS and Android. As a nice to have web developers as well. • Strong technical background with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development (iOS, Android, web, or some combination). • Proficient in Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java, with a deep understanding of mobile architectures and best practices. • Passionate about coaching and mentoring engineers, helping them grow their skills and careers. • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions, and delivering impactful solutions. • A strong communicator who can articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experienced in Agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
