📋 Description

• Ensure accurate financial reporting, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance by managing accounting processes and adhering to GAAP standards. • Ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations by managing AR, AP, payroll, and expense policies to maintain efficiency and compliance. • Deliver accurate financial reports and metrics while building scalable processes to support growth and decision-making. • Optimize and maintain finance tools and systems to ensure data integrity, automation, and seamless operational workflows. • Monitor cash flow and mitigate financial risks by managing capital allocation, insurance coverage, and risk management practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and CPA • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role such as Controller. • Prior experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models. • Demonstrated success in a high-growth, startup environment, including working with venture-backed companies at Series B or later stages. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with audit readiness and financial compliance. • Proficiency in SaaS financial metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, and gross margin. • Expertise in managing accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, and expense policies. • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable financial processes for a high-growth company. • Experience delivering financial reports and analyses for leadership and board/investor updates. • Strong analytical skills for financial modeling and scenario planning (e.g., profitability trade-offs, market expansion). • Hands-on experience with financial tools and systems such as QuickBooks, Maxio, Ramp, and other automation tools. • Proven track record of managing cash flow, treasury accounts, and capital allocation strategies. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
