Description

• Thalamus is hiring a Technical Program Manager to support our engineering organization. • As the first member of our PMO, you’ll be designing and building the framework to streamline processes, documentation, collaboration, and communications across Thalamus’s Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations organizations. • Your efforts will allow us to continue delivering a seamless, world-class product and experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical program management experience in a product-driven company • Ability to work on Eastern or Central Time zones (or can begin work at 7am Pacific) • Prior success in cross-functional program management within a multi-product engineering org • Technical depth, with the ability to translate technical terms into business terms for non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good balance of business sensibility and empathy for the demands of tactical execution • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business cases, succinctly explain data to stakeholders, and calmly direct debate and smooth conflict during periods of high stress • Health tech or GME industry experience (Bonus) • BA in a business, economics, or technical field (Bonus)
