• Collaborate with the Regional sales team to engage with partners and customers who require data protection solutions. • Work closely with the prospects to gather information on their use-case, application environment and data flows to fully understand their needs. • Be involved in the Proof-of-Concept phase of the sales engagement. • Provide configuration assistance or customization. • Present the solutions, respond to written enquiries such as RFIs and RFPs. • Meet the customers (approx. 50% of the time).
• Technical degree (Comp Science/Engineering IS, Maths or similar) or equivalent work experience • 3+ years’ experience in a position involving customer engagement and team working within IT or a related field • Technically hands-on with skills in problem solving, development and architecture design • Experience presenting to both business and technical personnel • Experience authoring product-focused technical documents such as test reports, technical docs, RFIs, RFPs, Lab Guides etc.
