• Participate in sales conference calls and prospect visits, providing product demonstrations in person and remotely, and working with prospects at both a technical and business level to show how Imperva’s solutions deliver value to them. • Manage the Regional Strategic Partner Engineering community and help address technical needs. • Aid in the creation, evaluation and answering of RFI/RFPs considering competitive information and key advantages of Imperva’s solutions. • Jointly design, agree and execute commercial strategy with the Imperva Account Executive or Executives assigned to the same region. • Participate with field based feedback in shaping the products SWOT analysis for the region, as well as managing Requests for Enhancement and engage with Product Management and Product Development when needed. • Work with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches to develop business.
• Bachelor´s degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or related fields. • 8+ years of experience working in sales engineering, network security, development, pre-sales engineering, or real world use of database and/or web application solutions. • Experience in value based or consultative sales methodologies. • Knowledge in databases, app development, scripting, APIs, and containers. • Deep understanding of TCP/HTTP, Load Balancers, proxies and firewalls and network app firewalls and/or IDS/IPS. • Public cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure or GCP).
