•As a Regional Marketing Manager, develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans to increase sales and profitability. •Align with regional Sales VP's and Regional Directors to understand market trends. •Assist in planning and scheduling marketing campaigns and industry events to drive new business. •Recommend innovative marketing approaches for revenue growth and manage regional marketing spend. •Track program results and measure success using SFDC/Power BI.

Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in marketing at a technology-based organization. •Demonstrated experience with Salesforce (navigation, campaign tracking and reporting; CRM Lightening and dashboards). •Ability to monitor and report on key metrics and pivoting market plans based on results. •Prior experience developing regional marketing plans to support account-based marketing, whitespace opportunities; with ABM and/or Intent Buying platform experience (e.g., MPR, Demandbase, Tech Target Priority Engine). •Ability to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (emails, digital tech stack, and direct mail). •Provide day-to-day execution and longer-term planning. •Experience managing live and virtual events (tradeshows, roundtables, webinars, etc.).
