•As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Regional Marketing – Americas. •Work closely with the regional direct sales, channel sales, Business Development and Global Service Provider teams to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive quota attainment goals for the region. •Develop and execute an integrated regional marketing plan aimed at increasing sales and profitability within the region. •Align with the regional Sales VP's and Regional Directors to understand the market trends in the region.

Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in marketing at a technology-based organization. •Demonstrated experience with Salesforce (navigation, campaign tracking and reporting; CRM Lightening and dashboards). •Ability to monitor and report on key metrics and pivoting market plans based on results. •Prior experience developing regional marketing plans to support account-based marketing, whitespace opportunities; with ABM and/or Intent Buying platform experience (e.g., MPR, Demandbase, Tech Target Priority Engine). •Ability to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (emails, digital tech stack, and direct mail). •Provide day-to-day execution and longer-term planning. •Experience managing live and virtual events (tradeshows, roundtables, webinars, etc.).
