• Promote Thales’ Identity and Access Management portfolio into Enterprise accounts • Drive net new revenue through new business within assigned territory/region • Respond to incoming requests from website requests, channel partners or direct inquiries • Guide customers through evaluation, prepare quotes and advance the sales cycle • Act proactively to detect and create opportunities, identify and acquire potential customers • Qualify opportunities and bring in Senior Sales SMEs to advance sales opportunities • Maintain and expand business scope for customers based on individual objectives and strategies • Work collaboratively with peers and internal colleagues to facilitate a positive team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering • 2+ years of Identity solution sales experience • Previous experience in Device Authentication and/or consulting services sales • Good business analysis and mid-term vision • Great negotiation skills • Ability to create and maintain good relationships with senior managers and C-Level executives • Knowledge of high-technology market (IT Security and Cybersecurity) • Good marketing analysis skills • Previous experience working with Microsoft Office, and SalesForce • Experience/knowledge in device authentication preferred • Team and goal-oriented • High organizational skills, persistent, autonomous, accountable, and a strong leader
