• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead QA to join our team. • The Lead QA will play a crucial role in defining the testing strategy, leading the QA team, and ensuring the quality of our products through comprehensive testing processes. • This position is vital for maintaining the high standards of our on-board applications and customer-facing apps, ensuring that our users have a seamless and reliable experience. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance, automation testing, and defect management, along with leadership capabilities to guide a diverse team of QA professionals. • Key tasks include defining testing strategy, leading the QA team, establishing QA processes, overseeing automation testing, managing defects, collaborating with teams, and providing updates on testing progress.

Requirements

• Test Strategy: Proven experience in defining and implementing effective testing strategies that ensure comprehensive coverage and quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle. • Automation Testing: Strong expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks, with a track record of developing and executing automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. • Defect Management: In-depth knowledge of defect management processes, including the ability to track, prioritize, and communicate defects effectively to ensure timely resolution. • Performance Testing: Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies, with the ability to assess application performance under various load conditions and identify bottlenecks. • CI/CD Integration: Experience with integrating testing processes into CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes to automate testing and deployment processes. • Agile Testing: Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile testing practices, including participation in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure quality is maintained throughout the development process.
