🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the software or construction technology industry. • Previous experience working with ERP software solutions in the construction industry is strongly preferred. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding channel sales targets and building successful partnerships. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in Salesforce and other business tools to track and optimize sales performance. • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and strategies within SaaS or B2B technology companies. • Strong analytical skills to assess channel performance and recommend improvements. • Ability to travel at least 50% across the designated region for partner meetings, events, and trade shows.
