📋 Description

• Join a leading provider of business management software for small and mid-sized organizations • Support growing Americas region as a Marketing & Events Specialist • Own planning and execution of face-to-face and online events • Support sales networking with regional trade associations • Work with content team to develop and promote marketing plans • Execute campaigns to engage prospects through the sales funnel • Plan outbound email marketing using CRM automation tool • Measure and report results; optimize based on data-driven insights • Engage with Access culture to build stakeholder relationships • Monitor budgets alongside campaign effectiveness/ROI

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Strong understanding of software and B2B marketing strategies, ideally with experience in the technology sector • Proven experience in planning and managing both in-person and online events • Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across various channels, with a focus on inbound digital and outbound tactics • Experience supporting the creation and execution of content marketing strategies that attract and engage a qualified audience • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, and social media, to drive lead generation and pipeline growth • Ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights • Experience managing budgets and monitoring campaign and event effectiveness/ROI • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate marketing strategies effectively across teams • Adaptable, solution-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Ability to travel up to 20% annually for in-person events, as needed
