• Collect time sheet data from multiple sources • Ability to make PDF conversions from multiple types of files • Enter timesheet data into multiple online systems • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information • Process payroll and resolve any discrepancies between system of record and what employees reported • Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping confidential information • Ability to multitask, stay on track, and meet deadlines • Professional presence during phone calls • Build and maintain relationships with employees and internal departments
Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of payroll experience • Workday (preferred) • Excel (preferred)
