Description

• Develops, coordinates, and executes targeted digital communications to all Alliance audiences • Works with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate digital communications • Leverages the Alliance’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform to enhance communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field • A minimum of three years of experience supporting automated digital communication activities • Understanding of basic programming logic and can set up automation workflows • Experience with compliance and understanding regulations; healthcare is a plus • Knowledge of digital communications strategies, tools, and automation platforms • Ability to analyze and evaluate campaign performance metrics • Identify issues, conduct research, gather and interpret information
