• This is a remote position. • An industry leading recruiter of theatrical and production entertainment professionals is seeking a Recruiting Marketing Specialist to join our team. • If you have a passion for theater or production and are great at marketing, this is the role for you! • We are seeking a creative and strategic Recruiting Marketing Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts through engaging social media and compelling content. • Develop and execute social media strategies to attract top talent. • Create and manage content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to highlight job openings and company culture. • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns. • Design and produce marketing materials such as videos, graphics, and blog posts. • Engage with potential candidates through social media interactions and campaigns. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing.
