Description
β’ Have a complete knowledge and understanding of Project Management tools β’ Collaborate with ECM engineers and sales to select appropriate design solutions β’ Meet weekly with team members for project updates β’ Schedule cadence for communication with clients β’ Communicate project information through presentations or technical reports β’ Assist clients with the design and build of each Document Management Solution β’ Provide technical guidance or support for systems development or troubleshooting β’ Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information β’ Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of DMS migrations β’ Provide Go Live training as needed β’ Establish functional or system standards to address operational requirements
Requirements
β’ 3+ years of Open Text eDOCS and/or other Document Management experience β’ College Degree or DMS Certified Systems Engineer β’ Integration and experience with Document Management tools β’ Software integration experience β’ Practical experience in the management and support of client server, N-tiered and cloud-based technology β’ Solid analytical, research, writing and interpersonal skills β’ Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem resolution on document management system environments β’ Detail oriented self-starter and able to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team β’ Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
