Description

• Have a complete knowledge and understanding of Project Management tools • Collaborate with ECM engineers and sales to select appropriate design solutions • Meet weekly with team members for project updates • Schedule cadence for communication with clients • Communicate project information through presentations or technical reports • Assist clients with the design and build of each Document Management Solution • Provide technical guidance or support for systems development or troubleshooting • Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information • Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of DMS migrations • Provide Go Live training as needed • Establish functional or system standards to address operational requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of Open Text eDOCS and/or other Document Management experience • College Degree or DMS Certified Systems Engineer • Integration and experience with Document Management tools • Software integration experience • Practical experience in the management and support of client server, N-tiered and cloud-based technology • Solid analytical, research, writing and interpersonal skills • Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem resolution on document management system environments • Detail oriented self-starter and able to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team • Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
