Description

β€’ Leads Customer Service team ensuring patients scheduled appropriately and receive necessary documentation. β€’ Supervises daily activities of representatives responding to customer inquiries. β€’ Coordinates schedules and workflow for the team. β€’ Handles escalations from patients and nursing team as needed.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years’ experience in customer service leadership role. β€’ Proven leadership with ability to gain stakeholder feedback and build strong team cohesion. β€’ Ability to interpret data to evaluate and analyze possible solutions in business workflows. β€’ Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions. β€’ Ability to train and coach less experienced staff to desired team results. β€’ Ability to coordinate/host/lead meetings with large groups. β€’ Willingness to work in production to complete tasks. β€’ Willingness to work a flexible schedule. β€’ Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a customer service organization. β€’ Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. β€’ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
