β’ Responsible for attaining persistency, net growth and earnings objectives for a plan for the Taft-Hartley & Federal Business segment. β’ Develops and implements client retention strategies to achieve sales and earnings growth. β’ Direct management of all Sr. Client Managers within the specified geographic area. β’ Heavy emphasis on developing and executing tactical plans to achieve persistency, growth and earnings goals. β’ Monitor critical metrics/dashboards to identify operational strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. β’ Demonstrate value-added solutions using a professional consultative selling approach including additional product placement. β’ Manage expenses and monitor budget. Execute Sales and financial planning for clients and delegate goals and objectives to Sr. client management team. β’ Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends.
β’ Taft-Hartley and Federal Government Experience is highly preferred. β’ Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience. β’ 5+ years of Industry related experience, Sales experience highly preferred. β’ Prior people leadership experience required. β’ Analytical and Synthesizes Skills. β’ Initiates and Champions Innovation and Improvement. β’ Collaborative Teamwork. β’ Develops Talented People. β’ Values and Manages Diversity. β’ Results Oriented.
