Description

• Support data needs of FP&A team. • Maintain data documentation and ensure alignment with data teams. • Act as consultant on data governance and root cause analysis. • Automate/schedule ETL processes and develop analytical tools. • Assist with financial analysis projects and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Economics or Finance preferred. • ASA, FSA, MBA, or CPA are a plus. • 4+ years in a financial or highly analytical position. • Experience working with medical claims data within healthcare or insurance industries. • Experience with data extraction/manipulation via SQL and Excel modeling/analysis. • Familiarity with R or Python is a plus. • Excellent judgment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. • Understanding of or experience with financial projections. • Experience in a highly-regulated business environment.
