Description

• Highly skilled Z/OS Systems programmer, expert at SMP/E product installs. • Required configuration changes using Service Now during Change Windows. • Occasional night shift work for changes is required. • Train and guide junior staff members. • Lead diagnosis of issues and solve problems in mainframe Z/os environment. • Provide 24x7 rotational on-call technical support. • Maintain and support established Disaster Recovery plans and exercises.

Requirements

• Strong understanding and experience with z/OS mainframe operating systems and program products. • Strong Broadcom and CompuWare product knowledge and experience. • Experience with JCL, JES, SDSF, VSAM, Catalog management, mainframe communications, RACF and SMP/E. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate with different roles/teams to achieve common goals. • Knowledge of Netview, GDPS, Supersession, VTAM and TCPIP configurations a plus.
