• Responsible for Clinical Knowledge Integration • Publication/posting/administration of clinical content • Clinical pathway development and procedure code management • Collaborates with Clinical Content team on policy guideline changes • QA/testing for accuracy and monitoring user feedback • Maintains patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
Requirements
• Minimal 2 years of related experience • Utilization management experience recommended • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook a must) • Experience with software applications (Pathway Designer/UPADS preferred) • Analytical with strong verbal and written communication skills essential • Internet connection through cable/fiber with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
