Description
• Provide engineering support and oversight on Business Intelligence (BI) design, engineering and development • Responsible for complex, multi-site, multi domain BI tool activities and integration • Manages the troubleshooting and resolution of BI infrastructure compatibility issues • Partners with IT resources on BI engineering related issues and strategies • Ensure service availability in accordance with customer-established requirements • Participate in risk assessments and project life cycle design activities
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is REQUIRED • 1-3 years' Product Development experience • SAS/Posit/OAS engineering and AWS experience are required • Knowledge of various BI Product Suites (BI Server / Web Portal / Data Store / Desktop Clients) • BI Infrastructure Support – Installs, Upgrades, Patches, etc • BI Architecture Experience • Level 3 BI Toolset Support • Requirements Gathering • Windows Server support experience • Shell Scripting/Automation experience
