Description

• Serve as an integral member of Network Development and Competitive Insights Team. • Lead regional product specific projects. • Manage hospital/large group and/or significant provider termination management process. • Work closely with various teams to meet termination process guidelines and state requirements. • Compile competitive network benchmarking and industry comparative analysis. • Evaluate system requirements and develop procedures/processes/policy solutions for complex business needs. • Direct one or more teams to achieve project goals. • Ensure state contracting and compliance guidelines are adhered to. • Manage project reporting and distribution to matrix partners and senior management. • Drive growth and improve lives.

Requirements

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years’ experience working in the health care industry. • Strong Project Management experience. • Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills to analyze large datasets. • Understanding of medical insurance products. • Strong critical thinking skills. • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and written/oral communication skills. • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize workload.
