Description

• Leads the design and creation of engaging learning experiences for compliance training. • Translates complex regulatory knowledge to clear learning outcomes. • Develops e-learning modules and additional learning resources. • Works closely with business partners and subject matter experts. • Evaluates training programs' effectiveness and continuously improves based on feedback. • Manages small to medium scale projects and communicates updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. • At least 5 years of instructional design and/or knowledge management experience. • At least 5 years instructional design experience creating e-learning modules. • At least 1 year of project management experience (AGILE methodology a plus). • Strong relationship building, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of human behavior and adult learning. • Proficient with eLearning authoring tools and SCORM publishing standards. • Strong graphic design and layout skills using design software. • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
