📋 Description

• Infinite Reality (iR) is a global innovation company that powers the next generation of digital media and e-commerce through AI, spatial computing, XR, and other immersive technologies. • iR’s cutting-edge software, production, marketing services, and other capabilities empower brands and creators to craft inventive digital experiences that uplevel audience engagement, data ownership, monetization, and brand health metrics. • Infinite Reality’s Enterprise division is a full service end-to-end solution for brands who want bespoke immersive experiences designed, built, and operated for them. • iR Enterprise works with major worldwide brands and has powered programs for Warner Bros Discovery, Vodafone, LUSH, Hershey’s, and more. • Infinite Reality’s SaaS product, iR Studio, is a self service 3D immersive website builder that is designed to help creators and brands of all sizes enhance the customer purchase journey and drive deeper engagement with their communities and customers. • The position will be remote, based in the continental United States, east coast preferred. • Reporting to the General Counsel, they will have a broad base of knowledge, will draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, and provide advice and counsel on a wide range of legal matters to keep the company compliant and manage legal risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar. • 6+ years demonstrated legal experience in transactional law at a law firm or in combination with experience at a corporate legal department. • Proven experience in corporate contract law, regulatory compliance and risk management principles with a strong background in issue spotting, drafting and negotiating contracts. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple contracts and projects simultaneously. • Broad legal experience including with intellectual property, trademarks and technology license agreements, advising marketing teams and review of marketing materials, and advising human resources. • Knowledge of United States and international data protection and data privacy laws. • Be results oriented, pro-active and strategic, able to act independently, take initiative and responsibility, set appropriate priorities, multi-task, work efficiently and respond promptly, meet deadlines, follow through on projects to completion, and handle a diverse workload and a variety of matters in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. • Possess strong analytical, written and verbal communication and organizational skills. • Possess strong business acumen and be able to interact in a collegial and productive manner with other team members and diverse groups of people located locally and throughout the world. • Be of the highest integrity and uphold all ethical and compliance standards. • Possess broad legal knowledge with an eagerness and ability to learn new areas of law.
