📋 Description

• The Controller will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work in our administration department to support our organizational mission of accelerating health equity globally. • The Controller will be responsible for leading all accounting functions. This includes quarter-end closings, preparing financial statements, tax filings, audits, payroll, and accounts payable & receivable. • The Controller supports the annual budget process, forecasting, and financial analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, CPA or master’s preferred in Business Administration, or similar field • 5-7+ years of professional experience working and/or consulting in the nonprofit/NGO accounting field; global experience preferred • Advanced skills using MIP and/or knowledge of comparable cloud-based accounting software • Experience with international transactions and accounting, including translation of financial statements denominated in foreign currency • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel for forecasting and reporting purpose • Excellent project management skills and ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment with a solid track-record of following through on commitments • Ability to communicate clearly across diverse cultures with various internal and external stakeholders • Experience working in a global and multicultural capacity across time zones and among diverse team • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
