📋 Description

• The Controllership Finance Analyst is a dynamic role that is critical to the Controllership team. • This role is responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting of our GNF Enusa (GENUSA) joint venture. • The role will also be key in supporting and providing guidance to the international branch analysts as well as customer order booking, to ensure operational effectiveness. • Oversee GENUSA JV accounting including preparing the monthly financial package and presenting monthly results to the JV Partners. • Coordination and scheduling between GENUSA international analyst, country consultants, tax preparers, auditor, and other internal and external relationships. • As the main point of contact for annual audit requests, provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner. • Support recurring JV Board meetings through the preparation of meeting materials and presentation of financial topics. • Participate in periodic before and after-hours conference calls due to time zone differences between JV partners and support teams. • Point of escalation for International Branch Analysts in transactional issue resolution, to include supplier invoice validation holds and payment failure resolution. • Serve as the main point of contact for annual audit requests to ensure the multiple international branch finance contacts provide accurate and complete information to the various audit teams in a timely manner. • Assist Operational Controllership Accounting Manager in overseeing status updates on international filing milestones. • Participate in periodic before and after-hours conference calls due to time zone differences between US and international partner teams. • Process accepted commercial orders accurately and timely, which is required for initial project setup and revenue recognition.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be self-motivated and can work independently across multiple team organizations with minimal supervision and oversight. • Ability to represent GE Vernova appropriately to external parties such as tax authorities and external financial auditors. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. • Minimum three years of accounting experience. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Knowledgeable US GAAP accounting standards. • Microsoft Office experience. • Proficient English speaker. • CPA licensed. • Public accounting and auditing experience. • IFRS or international Statutory reporting experience. • Oracle ERP Experience.
