🎯 Requirements
•6 to 10 years’ experience in a finance role within a nonprofit with a global footprint •Experience leading teams in a growth-oriented role, with 3+ years supervising direct reports •Supported the annual audit process, global consolidation, and the 990 filing within a nonprofit organization •Familiar with Sage Intacct and intermediate in Excel data analysis •Experience working with global consolidation across multiple currencies •Adopting new software tools to improve processes and drive efficiencies •Team player across a matrixed environment with diverse, global teams •Strategic in thinking and planning; turning problems into solutions •Iterate in real time, using data for decision-making •Passion for Evidence Action's mission and creating value in international development
